Upon payment all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours on standard business days (Mon-Fri 9a-5p excluding public holidays)

Orders within the U.S. are expected to arrive 3-7 business days. While international orders may take 7 days up to 21 days. 

We will update you on your order and provide tracking information. 

In the event that your order does not arrive after the estimated shipping time has lapsed, please contact us at info@wallaxe.com and we will investigate with the shipping carrier for you. If the investigation is unable to ascertain the location of the item through no fault of your own, Wall-Axe will gladly replace your order and resend a new item on the next available business day after the completion of the investigation.
